Yes I’m bringing up the work place again and it won’t be the last. Work, where we coming in, spend hours a day just to make a pay check. But is there something else brewing in the background? Why of course! Coworkers fighting with other coworkers. This is nothing new and I’m sure we’ve all have been caught in the middle.
These feuds can come about in a number of ways. Through disagreement, personalities not mixing or through office gossip. Regardless how it starts if you’re working with them you will somehow get dragged in. It’s annoying especially when one of them wants to vent to you, while the other person is just around the corner. So just to be fair, if you have a problem with another coworker leave the others out.
